Has NSA released the smoking gun regarding UFO's?
I’ve seen a lot of bloggers and web pages lately, claiming that the NSA has released a document containing hard proof that radio signals of extraterrestrial origin has been received. The document in question actually DOES state that signals has been observed, and it also contains a visual description of the signal in question.
Here’s an intercept of the document:
“Recently a series of radio messages was heard coming from outer space. The transmission was not continuous, but cut by pauses into pieces which could be taken as units, for they were repeated over and over again. The pauses show here as punctuation. The various combination have been represented by letters of the alphabet, so that the messages can be written down. Each message except the first is given here only once. The serial number of the messages has been supplied for each reference.”

Unfortunately no ufo disclosure
To some this is the smoking gun, or et/ufo disclosure many have been waiting for. However, with just a tiny bit of effort it is quite clear to make out that the information in the document is of hypothetical nature, that is, no signal from outer space has been detected in reality.
So what’s with this document? It was originally published in NSA Technical Journal as an exercise in decoding a hypothetical signal from space. The document containing this information also located at NSA can be viewed here
UFO Disclosure movement
At the Washington Press Club there's an annual event where several highly ranked men and women from the military and government testifies that contact has been made. Though their stories cannot be seen as evidence it's interesting to see what they have to say, fact or fiction.
