After your purchase

After purchasing a product from the Kagi shop you will receive an email containing the credentials you need to login to the member areas. Once logged in to the member area you can download the full version of the purchased product.

The email with the essential credentials should arrive in your mailbox within 48 hours. Usually it takes less than 12 hours. If the email has not arrived within 48 hours, mail us at andreas@enkeladress.com, so we can track down what went wrong.
